SVP, Business IntelligenceLocation: New York, New York, United StatesAgency: Mediahub - United StatesRef#: 12913Job Function: Data & AnalyticsType of Contract: RegularPosition SummaryResponsible for leading and developing multi-disciplinary media analytics teams in a marketing or media agency context, developing world class analytics solutions. Responsible for orchestrating efficient delivery of high-quality analytic services to a large book of business, contributing to new business development, and facilitating the professional growth and development of their team.Strong experience in digital media (including integration of search and social) and traditional media, with knowledge of site side analytics an advantage. Adept at working with all aspects of the media technology ecosystem. Ability to understand that media's impact is enhanced by strong creative-and that it's analytics' role to help steer both.ResponsibilitiesLead definition of digital media best practices internally and across the network on a global basisManagement of the team's scoping and staffing in conjunction with media planning teamsEvangelization of the value of analytics within the office and across its client rosterEvolution of the US analytics commercial offering, capabilities, and tools in conjunction with broader US analytics leadership team, including development of our business intelligence offeringWork with client teams to develop, scope and sell client measurement and analytics frameworksWork with key clients to provide consulting and thought leadership on their businesses from an analytics perspective.Hands-on approach to ensuring data analytics projects meet client objectives, timelines and budgetsDevelop partnerships and relationships with relevant data, technology and services suppliersParticipate in new business / business development initiativesPerform other duties and responsibilities as requested or requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:Leadership of a regional office analytics team including hiring, development, and retention.Required Skills & Experience15+ years' experience managing a multi-disciplinary analytics team across media, creative and website clients.Extensive working experience with:Measurement Frameworks including conversion, attention, audience and brand health measurement techniques.The use and interpretation of econometric models including media mix models, digital optimization models and brand health models.Media Ecosystems (e.g., DMP's, AMP's, CDP's) and tools to support addressable activation and optimization (e.g., LiveRamp, Acxiom)Multitouch, location-based and offline attribution models (e.g., Data Plus Math, FourSquare, Neustar), as well as closed-loop attributionCreative/brand evaluation tools (e.g., Kantar Millward Brown, ACE Metrix)Audience tools (e.g., Acxiom, Comscore, MRI, Kantar, Brand Index)External Reporting, Dashboard and Data visualization partnersSuccessful track record of delivering value to clients and efficiencies to agencies.Collaborative work style that emphasizes strong relationship building with clients and peers across disciplines and offices.Desired Skills & ExperienceKnowledge and experience with following tools preferredDesign and evaluation of A/B, multivariate and market level testsWeb analytics platforms e.g., Adobe Reporting, Google AnalyticsScenario modelling and predictive analysisWe See YouAt IPG Mediabrands, we are unified behind a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
