ACH and WIRES Leader seeking to implement a vision for tomorrow's Deposit Operations Department!

Hybrid-Local - One day a week onsite!

Is Deposit Operations, “the back office”, your area of expertise? Do have the knowledge and the plan to move a strong community bank's ACH and WIRES department to the next level? Would leading and guiding technology projects be the challenge you are seeking?

Montgomery County, MD large community bank has an immediate need for SVP Deposit Operations. Will create and implement your vision of a successful ACH and wires area! Subject matter expertise, compliance, technology, and leadership – an exciting opportunity to make a change!

The SVP Deposit Operations will be responsible for:

• Managing Deposit Servicing and Operations areas
• Lead or participate in the implementation of new products and services.
• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities
• Compliance expertise Fed ISO 20022, Reg E, Reg D, Reg DD, Reg CC, IRS regulations for IRA accounts, FINCEN requirements, and federal/state regulations of all aspects of deposit operations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Deposit Operations products, services, and industry trends
• Staff development, training, leadership development, and succession planning

Ideal SVP Deposit Operations:

• 8+ years of bank or credit union deposit operations experience
• A proven track record in leadership and team management
• Excellent product compliance, systems, policies/procedures knowledge
• The personality to be respected and give respect
• Detail-oriented – you own this area
