We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SVP, ECommerce and Digital Experience to join our dynamic team.The SVP of e-Commerce and Digital Experience is responsible for creating an engaging and continuously evolving digital experience for Build-A-Bear websites in the global scope across all social platforms. The role has substantial impact accelerating growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing market competitiveness through a seamless digital customer journey and optimized e-commerce operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of relevant business experience
  • 8+ years of e-Commerce leadership experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Proficiency with Ecommerce systems such as CRM, SEO and content management systems, as well as data analytics and business intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications ECM, Google Analytics, PMP, ACE, CDMP, AWS certification, Agile
  • Master's Degree
