Background P&C (Property & Casualty) business is the key business line for Our client. It accounts for two-third of Our client's overall business. It is also growing significantly year over year. Gartner places Our client in the Magic Quadrant as the P&C Core platform provider in the US market. At any point in time, we have about 15 implementation projects running at the same time. It could be a suite project (Policy, Billing, Claims, EDW, Distribution Management) and a combination of any two or more components (Policy & Billing, for example) or a standalone implementation (Example: Billing). This is the single largest group in Our client with roughly about 500+ resources working in P&C Delivery (implementing various projects).B. The team The implementation team is distributed. Per our methodology, US based Project Managers (and Program Managers, in case of large programs) interface with clients and drive the projects to completion. The blue print sessions are conducted at client offices in the US. US based Solution Architects/ Business Analysts conduct these sessions. The Configure/ Build/ Test cycles of the program are done at Our client offshore centers in India. The customization, if any, is also largely done in India.C. The Leader We are looking for an overall P&C Delivery leader, based in the US. This is a P&L responsibility (85-100M). The direct reports for this leader would be located both in the US and India. The following would be the key attributes of this leader:1. Managing the P&C business P&L and meeting the targets for both revenue and margin. On a quarterly bais. 2. Working closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Speed to value is a key differentiator for Our client. We have proof points of delivering multiple MVP-based programs in less than 90 days. This needs to be standardized and then accelerated. 4. At least 20+ years of experience in the confluence of Insurance Domain and Core Software Product. 5. Deep knowledge and expertise in implementing enterprise class software product (for insurance domain) in the US for multiple customers. 6. Experience in managing a distributed global delivery team and managing senior professionals. 7. Strategic thinking on growing an enterprise software implementation business. 8. In depth knowledge and experience in driving continuous innovation, automation and operational excellence to drive Revenue/ FTE to a new high. 9. Ability to mentor senior professionals to deliver their best. 10. Ensuring a scalable model for business growth through a non-linear growth of headcount.
