Our client is a recognised leader in the data science field, driving innovation and insights across various industries. They are looking for an experienced SVP of People to lead their HR function and shape the company's talent strategy during a phase of significant growth.

Role Summary: As the SVP of People, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's HR strategy, from talent acquisition and development to culture and employee engagement. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business attracts, retains, and develops top talent in the competitive data science market.

Key Roles:

• Talent Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Leadership Development: Lead initiatives to foster leadership capabilities across the organisation, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders.
• Cultural Stewardship: Champion the company culture, ensuring it remains strong, inclusive, and aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Retention: Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent while enhancing employee retention through development and engagement initiatives.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up to date and comply with relevant legislation, especially in a highly regulated data science environment.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Lead efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace, embedding these principles into the fabric of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $260,000.00 per year
