The SVP, Radian Mortgage Capital (RMC) Sales is responsible for managing all sales aspects of the correspondent lending division, developing and executing strategic plans for growth and profitability, building and managing high-performing teams, launching new products and services, developing marketing strategies, building relationships with customers, partners, and industry professionals, and staying up-to-date with market trends and regulations. This role is responsible for managing all sales aspects of RMC. The sales leader must be a team player, work collaboratively with RMC's operations team and Radian's MI (mortgage insurance) sales team, while focusing on exceeding all sales goals.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and lead all aspects of our correspondent lending division, including P&L accountability, growth, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Build and lead strong, high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and launch new products and services to meet customer needs and demands.
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans to attract and retain customers and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and best practices, and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the MI sales team to generate leads.
  • Develop and manage the sales team to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Hold team accountable for deploying Salesforce for all prospects.
  • Work in tandem with RMC operations team to board customers, work through service and pricing issues, and all other daily customer issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience: 10 or more years prior work-related experience.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on mortgage banking.
  • Proven history of success in executive, operations, business development, sales, and technical roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, regulations, and best practices in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Competitive Compensation: anticipated base salary from $194,900 to $251,525 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program and a long-term incentive program.
