Job Description Description/Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sweeper/Scrubber Operator in Decatur, IL. Responsibilities/Duties - Use a ride-on sweeper scrubber to clean factory floors/
- Pick up debris, sweep and mop designated warehouse areas, and clean handrails & Guardrails.
- Assist with janitorial cleaning as needed in break rooms and restrooms
Required Skills - Experience is required ( some Janitorial), we will provide some on-the-job training
- Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail, be flexible on occasion, and be able to work independently
- Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of the shift
- Clean background check and drug screen

Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- No janitorial experience is required. (We train you in our best practices)
- Successful drug screening and background check.
- Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
- The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary per position and OSHA requirements.
