About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a SWIFT for Corporates Senior Lead Product Manager within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions who will lead the development and management of our SWIFT for Corporates product offerings.Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our SWIFT for Corporates offerings, catering to the needs of corporate clients and enhancing their connectivity to the SWIFT networkCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including technology, sales, operations, and customer support teams, to ensure the successful development, implementation, and support of SWIFT for Corporates productsConduct market research and customer interviews to understand the needs and pain points of corporate clients related to SWIFT connectivity, messaging, and treasury managementDefine product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback, market analysis, and industry trends, and prioritize features and enhancements accordinglyLead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and testing of new SWIFT for Corporates products and features, ensuring high quality and on-time deliveryServe as a subject matter expert on SWIFT for Corporates solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams and corporate clients on implementation, integration, and best practicesStay informed about regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging technologies impacting corporate treasury management and SWIFT connectivity, and incorporate relevant insights into product planning and developmentLead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywideEngage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywideServe as an adept advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or related fieldExperience with SWIFT solutions, preferably for Corporate solutions, treasury management systems, or corporate banking servicesDeep understanding of SWIFT for Corporates messaging standards (e.g., MT, MX), connectivity options (e.g., SWIFTNet, Alliance Lite2), and treasury management best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProven track record of successfully launching and managing SWIFT for Corporates products or related treasury management solutionsExperience working with corporate clients and understanding their treasury management challenges and requirementsUnderstanding of wire systems and networks and wire payment processingJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestic or internationallyPosting Locations:150 E 42nd Street, New York, New York550 S Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina333 Market Street, San Francisco, CaliforniaPay Range:New York, New York Pay Range Annually $133,300.00 - $237,100.00Charlotte, North Carolina Pay Range Annually $111,100.00 - $197,500.00San Francisco, California Annually $133,300.00 - $237,100.00May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.#CommercialBanking#GlobalTreasuryManagementPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
