You Provide
+ Love for swimming

+ Comfortable communicating with adults and kids
+ Lifeguard certified a plus but not required
+ Willing to become CPR and Lifeguard certified within 90 days of being hired
+ Eager to join a group who loves seeing growth and progress from their students
