Overview
The Switchboard Clerk is responsible for answering all incoming calls and routing to appropriate areas in a timely fashion. Assist with general clerical duties as needed.
Responsibilities
* Answer and transfer phone calls on a multiple phone line system. Connect callers to individuals within the company. - Ensure all clerical duties are completed daily.- Ability to maintain confidential information.- Adhere to the Quality Management System and its processes to meet FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements.- Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent required.- Excellent typing skills.- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Knowledge with a multi-line phone system preferred.- Customer service and clerical skills preferred.
Physical Requirements:
* Works under general office environmental conditions Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, etc.
