This is a Full time, Day Shift, Switchboard Operator working at Oro Valley Hospital!Operates switchboard console and routes calls to the appropriate person or location. Performs multiple tasks related to business office operations.Position Qualifications/Minimum RequirementsEducation: Preferred: High School diploma/GED or equivalent years of experienceSkills: Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.Oro Valley Hospital (OVH) is a 176-bed hospital that also has a freestanding emergency center, Skilled Nursing Unit, and large physician group.
