The Switchboard Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Console Operators and their daily operations who provide routine and emergency communications for the organization. The role liaises to the Medical Staff Office, remote physician offices, employees of TidalHealth, and the public when concerns related to the Console Operators arise. This role will be the System Administrator and responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the organization s database and directory systems. The Supervisor will also represent the Communications Department and attend all meetings relating to the Emergency Operations Committee. Switchboard Supervisor Position Requirements Education Associate s Degree in Information Systems or related field required. Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or Telecommunications preferred.
