- Responsible for operating the mix tank
- Responsible for evaporating syrup
- Properly records sugar usage
- Properly uses the scan gun to move sugar bags from the warehouse to staging and from staging to the mix tank.
- Performs brix tests and records results
Position Requirements:
- Knows and follows Company Lock-out/Tag-out, HACCP, and GMP procedures.
- Responsible for food safety
- Responsible for completing any necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and safe work practices in assigned area, including written procedures for safe handling and use of chemical compounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, stooping
