Position SummaryThis position is responsible for performing complex duties required in the implementation, operation and maintenance of the company's enterprise systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Perform Active Directory object management
- Maintain and Troubleshoot Enterprise Systems
- Assist with deployment of server operating system into the environment. This includes DNS, SSH, DHCP, SNMP, SFTP, and IIS.
- Understand the importance of file systems with backups and snapshots
- Examine and solve issues that have been reported by end users
- Aid in recovery of computer resources by assisting with disaster prevention and recovery efforts caused by events like power outages, hardware failures, etc.
- Install, configure, and support enterprise-wide software applications
- Monitor systems and escalate to security usability issues
- Maintain both physical and virtual system in different network segments
- Assist with install, upgrade, and configure hardware as needed
- Assist with antivirus and endpoint security
- Use and maintain documentation relevant to standardization of team practices and procedure
- Assist with monitoring, updating, and configuration of systems
- Maintain the security of confidential information
- Stay abreast of advances in technology
- Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Knowledge of using computers and computer systems, including hardware and software to set up functions, enter data or process information
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SFTP, routing, e-mail, and other enterprise administration concerns
- Knowledge of basic virtualization and deployment principles
- Ability to follow technical instructions, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to solve system-related problems by using diagnostic techniques and protocols
- Skilled in time management
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing and changing priorities
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience) - Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Directly related experience may substitute for education
- One year of database, network administration, or system administration experience
