- Endpoint management: Maintaining and enhancing endpoint management tools.
- Automation: Implementing and maintaining automated IAM solutions.
- Mentoring: Mentoring junior engineers and peers.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware.
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support.
