Our client is seeking a System Administrator to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Technical Unit supporting the Wisconsin Court System. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and logical thinking skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: System Administrator Location: Madison, WI Pay Range: $26 - $28/hour What's the Job? Provide maintenance and support?software and hardware. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software in county courthouses and court system offices throughout Wisconsin. Deliver technical customer support to all employees and take corrective action. Perform field service to upgrade hardware or troubleshoot and resolve technology issues. Respond effectively and efficiently to unplanned events such as system failures or natural disasters involving production systems. What's Needed? Minimum 2 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment. Proven ability to install, configure, repair, and maintain computer hardware. Experience providing phone-based technical support. Knowledge of computer operating systems and hardware. Ability to travel throughout the State of Wisconsin with overnights. What's in it for me?
