The successful candidate must have systems expertise & comfort in Kronos UKG Ready platform.In this role you will:Conductuser training sessions for newly hired & advanced users of the scheduling platformCraftinstructional material & updated as needed based upon system enhancements & knowledge deficits among usersIdentifyKPIs for trend analysis & analytical reporting for middle & senior managements consumptionOverseethe creation of new cost centers for compliance to naming conventions & provide direction for exceptionsSuperviseimplementation of available system features supporting the scheduling & dispatch functions (i.e., job bidding, unconfirmed start alerts to management, late arrival alerts, etc.)Collaboratewith a wide range of departments such as Finance, Talent Acquisition, Workforce, HR, & Learning Development teamsFacilitatein the development of auditing, testing of data accuracy, & regulatory compliance for pay rates, billing, break periods, regulatory notices, & overtime calculationsSubject Matter Experton reporting capability applicable to all levels of managementSpecializein the IT space with back-end platform knowledge in KronosExperience:At least 2 years in similar functionExtensive Enterprise-level Platform Administrator experience in Kronos/UKG Ready requiredConfiguration & TroubleshootingEducation:Bachelors degree in related fieldSkills:Proven track record in Kronos UKG Ready managementConfiguration & TroubleshootingExcellent interpersonal skillsOutstanding written & verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, & work independentlyComfortable working on multiple projects simultaneouslyTX - DPS - C16560
