Essential Responsibilities:
Formulates/defines system scope and objectives based on user needs for high complexity changes. May also lead other Analysts in this capacity.
Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices to process data.
Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution.
Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinates system installations with user departments.
Analyzes all aspects of business unit functions to determine application, integration and optimal use of information systems.
Designs and develops approaches that are implemented by others.

Knowledge and Experience:
Generally, requires 5 years of professional experience directly related to all aspects of the primary product, program or technology. Fully competent professional.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Typically, requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
