Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interaction with requesters of new technologies to assist in assigning or processing of their requests.
- Execution of image scanning through Docker/BlackDuck and image promotion for Software Container Images (for which training will be provided).
- Managing SharePoint workflows, including assignment and tracking of solution architecture reviews.
- Coordination with architects throughout the organization to ensure governance processes are followed appropriately.
- Attending governance forums and documenting minutes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-System Analysis, Analytical skills, Portfolio Management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture as well as working knowledge of application architecture.
- General understanding of technical governance practices
- General understanding/knowledge of enterprise architecture domains:
- Platform
- Data
- Infrastructure
- Information Security
- Ability to assess complex systems, identify potential risks, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to assess information objectively and provide effective challenge, as needed.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements or enhancements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in preparing reports (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel), presenting findings, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and process improvement.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business needs.
- Open to continuous learning and professional development in governance practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with business units, IT teams, and external partners.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience in managing and coordinating governance activities across different teams and projects.
