Job Description:
As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will work directly with customers to design and deploy new system installations.Your responsibilities will include: Provide project management for customer projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications. Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of customer deployments, system upgrades, and enhancements related to the company's SAAS Platform. Monitor and analyze system metrics to troubleshoot issues proactively. Provide level 2 end user support for the company's SAAS Platform, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues. Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional and application issues and manage these through to resolution. Conduct product integration testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements and are properly implemented. Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization recommending and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency. Participate in after-hours support rotation.
