Job Description:

Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ. Currently seeking a System Analyst to work with Information Management Systems to maintain, analyze, organize and interpret data from our agency's various systems. The ideal candidate participates and helps lead projects related to all YCS systems including but not limited to: UKG, Evolv, Oracle, Relias Learning, Office 365, and Order Connect. Enters and maintains data accurately and efficiently in the systems. Coordinates with colleagues and other departments in the use of all systems. Analyzes, organizes, and interprets data from systems. Knowledge and use of reporting are essential. Utilizes instructional design to create and maintain training documentation for systems. Project management experience preferred. Duties include but not limited too:

  • Possesses an exceptional knowledge of Systems.
  • Identifies and gathers data from various data sources to optimize workflow and system usage.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of agency deliverables, contractual requirements, staffing patterns, and organizational data needs.
  • Produces reports as requested by agency leadership and provides analysis of issues and/or system needs.
  • Project management, including planning, executing and communicating with project members and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for understanding and/or being trained on the support and end-user components of systems at YCS.
  • Demonstrates ability to problem-solve and resolve issues reported by investigating, testing, and replicating in systems.
  • Responsible for responding to support requests as needed.
  • Actively participates in online software communities for the various systems to continually enhance knowledge and understanding of new functionality.
  • Responsible for facilitating necessary training's at the sites and using remote technology.
  • Provides ongoing technical support to end-users as part of support teams.
  • Assists in updating and maintaining training material in a manner consistent with instructional design methods.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of staff set up, role security, and access across systems.
  • Conducts other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, Data analytics, or Technology. Master's preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred. Data analysis experience required.
  • Knowledge of systems integrations, SQL, Java, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience utilizing software and technology products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Valid Driver's License
