System Analyst

This position works as the subject matter expert for all systems supporting Supply Chain activities. In this role, the Analyst maintains data integrity, system performance, supports scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and daily operation of Mosaic's Supply Chain Services for MMIS, GHX, and additional 3rd party platforms. The Analyst interacts with IT to ensure systems meet or exceed uptime and quality performance objectives while providing training for caregivers on system hardware and software use, user competency, system issue resolution and workarounds. In addition to the above, the individual takes on special projects as needed including but not limited to training, reporting, spend and utilization analysis, and annual physical inventory support. This position works under the supervision of the Director of Supply Chain Operations and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
