Overview:
Location: onsite near Seward, PA

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Systems Analyst for a full time opportunity. This person will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and supporting internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for critical systems
- Coordinates and performs software rollout, training, support, and upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors, end-users, and other IT Staff on projects
- Responding to support requests from end users and management; act as primary onsite support at various locations for in Western PA
- Troubleshoot problems reported by end users, identify user needs, and make recommendations for solutions by meeting with end users and implement solutions to those problems
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of staff and management
- Work closely with technical staff, vendors, software developers, and IT teams to ensure system readiness and reliability
- Ability to assist in data cleanup activities with end-users and project teams for conversion/upgrade purposes
- Develop and maintain a high-level technical knowledge on systems and support those systems when needed by technical staff
- Assist in managing Active Directory, Computers, Users, and Groups for assigned work
- Successfully monitor backup and recovery duties with standards and schedules that meet requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various methods, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure; including researching and recommending innovative approaches to improve overall IT environment integrating automation when possible
- Ensure security is top priority with all solutions while striving to maintain system availability and integrity
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or other appropriate discipline; 4+ years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve multiple complex and critical issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to rapidly changing priorities
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environments, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Office 365 Products
- Ability to support, troubleshoot, maintain, and offer solutions for any IT related issues across multiple business functions in multiple office locations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Good leadership, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision within a fast-paced team and foster teamwork
- Must be able to travel when needed (site visits, training, etc.)
- Site visits can require physical activities surrounding project completion and repair work
