Job Description: Responsibilities:
- s a System Analyst, candidate will be responsible to work closely with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of issues and the smooth operation of our systems and applications.
- Creating Software Requirement Specification (SRS)Creating Mapping document between source and target systems including transformation rules Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborating with business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for The organization.
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Running necessary queries against databases to understand current state structure and future state structure for the database.
- Technical validation of the system (including Data Mapping areas).
- Proven experience as a System Analyst in the Healthcare Payor domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience in working with Business Analysts and Technical Architects and creating the technical requirements and High level design.
- Extensive experience in the Healthcare Payor domain platforms and tools.
- Experience in creating Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
- Experience in creating Mapping document between source and target systems including transformation rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
