Some of these requirements include enterprise operations and data center(s) infrastructure.ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:This position reports to the Managing Principal and will interface with executive staff, all internal and remote employees, including current client(s).SKILLS, ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis.Acts as a subject-matter expert to multiple tasks and/or programs.Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or customer(s).Plans and directs upgrades of operating systems and designs systems enhancements.Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems.Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.Serves as a technical team or task lead.Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineers and may have supervisory responsibility.Serves as liaison with customer(s), participating in meetings to ensure customer(s) needs are met.May provide expertise to multiple projects and tasks.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.Participates in special projects as required.CULTURAL REQUIREMENTS:Integrity:The candidate must be honest and ethical at all times.Work Ethic:Thecandidate must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile.Team Player:The candidate must be collaborative and work well with others.Positive Attitude and Enthusiasm:The candidate must focus on the positive and not the negative.
