Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a Systems Completion Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for managing the systems completion process for construction projects. This role involves coordinating the testing, inspection, and verification of installed systems and equipment to ensure readiness for startup and commissioning.

Our client is a global leader in industrial gases and sustainability-driven solutions, providing essential gases and equipment to diverse industries while pioneering large-scale clean hydrogen projects to support low- and zero-carbon energy transitions in transportation and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain systems completion plans and schedules to support project objectives and milestones.
  • Monitor progress against systems completion plans and schedules and identify issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure that all required documentation and certifications are obtained and properly recorded for each system or subsystem.
  • Coordinate turnover activities with commissioning teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to startup and operations.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on systems completion procedures and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience working as a systems completion coordinator or in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of systems completion principles, practices, and procedures. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Smart Completions Software experience.
