A System & Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems and ensuring seamless integration of various systems, databases, and applications. This role combines system analysis, data governance, and software integration to enhance business processes and support organizational objectives
.Key Responsibilities - Data Governance & Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives.
- Software Integration:
- Design and implement strategies for system integrations.
- Develop and implement integration protocols and procedures.
- Perform system integration testing and interface functionality testing.
- Identify and resolve problems with integrations.
- System Analysis:
- Evaluate and analyze business processes and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes through IT solutions.
- Develop detailed specifications and system designs
- Electronic Forms & Workflows, Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop electronic forms and the appropriate workflows.
- Support data warehouse & business intelligence (BI) activities, especially analytics
- Engage in report writing and development.
- Document system designs & specifications.
- Prepare user manuals and instructional documents.
Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements as well as develop and implement solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
- Experience with system analysis and design methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with performance integration tools.
- Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with electronic forms and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Certifications in system analysis, programming, or integration are a plus.
