Required Skills & Experience

- Active DoD Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance

- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a related field

- 5+ years of technical systems experience within the DoD (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.)

- 5+ years of experience preparing, reviewing, making recommendations, providing feedback for system Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documentation (Acquisition Decision Memorandum (ADM) Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) Briefing, Air Force Review Board (AFRB), Baseline/Acquisition Program Baseline (APB),Business Case Analysis, Clinger-Cohen Act Compliance Documentation, Defense Acquisition Board Planning, etc.)

- Experience supporting the design and performance of DoD systems

- Understanding/background with CI/CD pipelines (containerization), Kubernetes, Docker, etc.

- Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management Office (PMO) experience

- Experience working in an agile environment

Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI Systems Engineer to support a federal client in San Antonio. This individual will be responsible for:

- Design and/or perform system level tests to assure they are meeting Air Force specifications

- Improve systems engineering programs and processes

- Prepare technical documents to outline any and all system characteristics
