Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced engineering focused individual with strong skillsets in the Information Technology industry in the last 10 years, preferably in the IT service provider space. This role requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to manage themselves, their team, understand organizational goals, and drive towards those goals with minimal supervision while hitting timelines set by the organization. This role is designed to be 85% Technical and 15% process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Leadership: Work alongside our Clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
• Technology Framework Management: Drive and track technology framework items, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. ITIL training / awareness a plus
• Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation point for your team and clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Client-Facing Engagements: Occasionally visit client sites to provide on-site support and build strong client relationships.
• Technical Reporting: Resource must be able to communicate effectively and provide periodic documentation to our clients.
