Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Sturgis, MI (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in Azure and Office 365 to join a growing IT team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the cloud infrastructure and ensuring the efficient operation of Microsoft cloud services. Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Azure cloud services, including VMs, storage accounts, Azure AD, and networking components.
- Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and security compliance.
- Implement and manage Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Administer Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, conditional access policies, and identity protection.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to design and implement Azure solutions that meet business needs and scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure and Office 365 services.
- Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance policies within Azure and Office 365 environments.
- Plan and execute Azure migrations and integrations with on-premises systems or other cloud platforms.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role with a strong focus on Azure and Office 365 administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services and architecture, including VMs, networking, Azure AD, and security features.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Familiarity with Intune is a nice plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Intune experience
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Genesis Cloud) is a plus.
