Systems Administrator - IAM SUMMARYThis position is crucial to delivering accurate, timely and thorough identity & access related operational services across a global enterprise environment that includes over 6000 users. The role requires careful attention to detail and faces a variety of internal stakeholders at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, workforce productivity and ultimately customer experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis role may include responsibilities in one or more of the following concentrations:Identity & access managementServer and application administrationVoice & collaboration technologiesCompliance & risk managementSecurity operationsNetwork supportAdministration of various IAM related systems & processes according to established internal documentation, vendor resources and industry best practicesResponsible for various types of SOX/PCI compliance work and evidence gatheringPerform daily tasks of the team to include but not limited to identity object manipulation, account auditing, account investigation, and role-based access managementTroubleshooting and resolution of relevant issues escalated from the help desk including timely and accurate updates in the corporate ticketing system, may include on & off work hoursMaintain and update documentation for IAM managed systems & processesEnforce established corporate security policies utilizing access controls and best practicesOther duties as needed or requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredA minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is typically required to perform at expectationEnterprise level technical experience implementing and supporting:Microsoft Active DirectoryModern IAM focused SaaS applications, tools and solutionsMultiFactor Authentication, VPN and cloud technologiesSOX best practicesTechnical writingCompetencies (Skills & Abilities)Effectively prioritize and execute tasks working within a collaborative team and independentlyStrong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skillsEstablish effective working relationships among peers as well as throughout the organization across geographies, internal business units and varying levels of managementContribute to multiple projects concurrentlyProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail and willingness to challenge the status quoAbility to translate business needs and expectations into process and technology solutionsCustomer service orientedHandling sensitive/confidential information using discretion and judgmentPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTTravel as required to remote locations to provide project and supplemental IT/OT servicesOn-call and on-demand extended work hours may include nights and weekendsKneeling, crawling, and other positions access and maintain IT/OT equipmentAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds of technology related equipmentPet friendly work environmentCovetrus is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
