We think you should.In this role you will…Provide day-to-day support for configuration, deployment, maintenance of MedPro infrastructure with of emphasis in virtualization/VMware.Assist Systems Engineers with implementation of new technologies.Implement and document system configuration changes and updates.Provide and implement recommendations on server and service configuration changes and operational procedures to increase efficiency.Assist with trouble tickets when needed.Assist in documentation and testing of MedPro Disaster Recovery procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.We are looking for candidates with…Associate degree in Information Technology or related field with preferred 3+ years of relevant experience.Preferred technical experience:VMware vSphere 7.0+VMware hybrid cloud experience a plusRedHat Linux 8+The following Microsoft productsActive Directory/Azure ADServer OS 2008 - 2022Exchange 2016/Exchange OnlineProficient in building/troubleshooting server hardware.Experience in basic networking and security concepts such as DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLSPowerShell Scripting.Good documentation and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.Ability to lead projects and effectively multitask.Strong time management skills.Backups; Virtual, Cloud, O365, TapeKnowledge of Veeam and Cohesity a plus.Netapp FAS and AFF; iSCSI and CIFS a plus.Why MedPro?MedPro Group's mission is built on a century-old legacy of protecting those who protect others.
