Overview:
Full Spectrum Operations, a Joint Venture between By Light and American Communications Solutions, Inc, is looking for a VoIP Systems Administrator with high familiarity/experience with Cisco VoIP infrastructure to provide support for troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology systems including the day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution of both Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Voice Gateways. Must have attention to detail with in-depth knowledge of server operating systems and Cisco VoIP expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of system administrators to guarantee availability, reliability, and overall security of Cisco VoIP infrastructure in DoD environment.
- Maintain a highly available Cisco Unified Communications environment.
- Create and manage call queues in Cisco Call Manager as required per customers needs.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize IP telephony, voice, and mobility solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot call flows via CDRs.
- Responsible for monitoring system performance, system operations, and storage.
- Provide advice and recommendations for necessary hardware and/or software upgrades to support system growth and security.
- Interact with users and evaluate vendor products.
- Manage and create system documentation and SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned.
