This role is responsible for all user and technical account management at Wyld. The Systems Administrator will be critical in providing oversight into the security and management of Wyld's computer software systems, servers, and networks. This role will be responsible for the implementation and integration of enterprise systems and associated subsystems by instilling trust, actively leading, and thinking strategically. The Systems Administrator will be both resilient and able to rebound in response to changing priorities through creative problem solving, skillful communication, and systemic thinking they will manage the complexity of driving the vision, purpose, and results for the technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT project coordination and a solid technical background, together with good organizational, teambuilding and analytical abilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and oversee all user accounts primarily via Microsoft as well as a few other auxiliary systems for all departments.
- Expert level experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Provides planning, security, and supervision to the company's users and various systems.
- Management and oversight of user permissions and groups
- Evaluates and recommends vendor contracts for hardware and software, and technology related services as needed, managing technical vendors and subcontractors as needed.
- Responsible for assisting the IT Manager in negotiating technical contracts and licensing agreements, as needed.
- Helps establish and maintain standards for users/systems across all departments.
- Provides project management and direction for user migrations, implementations, on-boards and off-boards.
- Responsible for working closely across departments to meet needs and manage various integrations.
- Map user groups, permissions and access.
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules for all technical hardware and software.
- Develop standard operating procedures for the user account use and management across departments and projects.
- Review and develop SOPs and other technical documentation for end users.
- Audits all user and system licensing for inaccuracies and inefficiencies.
- Oversees and monitors all users with assistance from IT Manager and VP of Technology.

- Clearly communicate with department, ensuring strategic information is funneled to the appropriate team members
- Responsible for overseeing security vendors and protocols
- Development of Best Practices/Standardized templates for users.

- 6+ years of experience in Technology role with a heavy focus on implementation and teams across wide geographical areas and building technological infrastructure to scale
- History of actively seeking better ways to utilize technological resources
- Expert level knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Specifically, Windows, OSX, iOS, Android, Microsoft Azure, 365, Intune, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace. Adequate knowledge of Salesforce, Metrc, and Tenable.

- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
- Exceptional team player attitude, unafraid of rolling up the sleeves when necessary
- Ability to think quickly on your feet, and problem solve effectively

- Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Will be required to submit to a background check
- Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
- Travel between sites will be required
Benefits As an exempt employee, you'll receive a yearly salary of $75,000-90,000/year paid biweekly, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance. Wyld is an equal opportunity employer.
