Job DescriptionSystem AdministratorDirect-Hire (On-Site)Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support infrastructure systems, including servers, workstations, printers, network components, and mobile devices.
- Set up and configure both software and hardware, establish accounts and workstations, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and update systems with new versions and models.
- Oversee and manage network servers and technological resources.
- Address and resolve issues promptly and thoroughly.
- Build proficiency to train staff on newly implemented technologies.
- Ensure timely project completion with high-quality outcomes, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Confirm that all procedures adhere to internal standards and requirements.
- Participate in at least one on-call rotation per month and provide support beyond regular business hours as necessary.
Requirements for a System Administrator:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the IT field or comparable experience.
- Strong skills in the installation, testing, and operation of both hardware and software.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and effective communication with diverse team members.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, including analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently when troubleshooting and resolving problems.
