Job Description: Pay Range: $38hr $40hr Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for daily operations of the agency's micro soft o365 tenant with a focus on share point, power platform, and supporting environments.
  • ssist with monitoring and auditing solutions to identify gaps, enhanced functionality, compliance, and security.
  • dheres to information technology security and application development standard.
  • ct as a technical consultant to customers, vendors, and other it staff to support, research, configure, install third-party plugin, within the o365 tenant.
  • ssist with new feature configuration, tasks, and projects as assigned.
  • Provide technical backup to other o365 services as assigned.
  • Promotes agency initiatives.
  • Respond to customer incident and service request tickets within the it sla timeframe.
  • ssist with problem resolution and tier ii support.
  • Monitor o365 admin center for incidents and upcoming outages.
  • ssist other it staff to ensure security posture and customer user experience with o365.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation for systems supported.
  • Provide appropriate administrative documentation and project communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in administering micro soft o365 - specifically share point and power platform applications. Knowledge of azure, configuration, analysis, testing, debugging, maintenance, scripting, and security techniques.
  • Working knowledge of computer and operating systems, conceptual understanding of networking, client-server principles, and basic wide area network principles.
  • Employee must have excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • bility to establish effective working relationships with management, committees, vendors, peers, and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • t least 10 years of state government experience.
  • t least 10 years of experience developing applications for regulatory environmental programs.
  • Has knowledge and understanding of field requirements for regulatory environmental inspections.
Required Education:
  • bachelor's degree and experience in automated information or communication system design, installation, operation, repair, sales, or marketing.
  • Related experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
