Kavaliro is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a client in the Ft. Meade area. The Cloud System Administrator who acts as liaison between the client and operations teams for support and escalations. Responsibilities include:
- Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks.
- Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime.
- Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.
- Provide customer onboarding tracking and provisioning assignments.
- Utilize continuous monitoring tools to monitor for service interruptions/alerts/outages and report to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience
- DevOps experience
- BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 5 years of cloud administration experience
- DoD 8570.01-m requirement certification
Location:
- Customer location in the Fort Meade area
- This position has remote flexibility
Clearance Requirement:
- Candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph
