Job DetailsJob Location NewJ - Bridgeton, NJ Description The Systems Administrator will be required to report to the Bridgeton, NJ office on a hybrid schedule consisting of reporting to the office two days per week and working from a remote home location three days per week. The Systems Administrator must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. This position will be responsible for solving level 1 and level 2 help desk tickets, monitoring network systems uptime and performance. Manage backup process for Windows and AS400. Monitor and troubleshoot site to site replication of disaster recovery systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot level 1 and level 2 help desk issues
- Monitor and Troubleshoot backup systems (VEEAM, MS SQL, Exagrid)
- Support remote users
- Monitor and troubleshoot replication (VEEAM, iTera, DFS)
- Maintain logs / documentation (e.g. Backup, WAN & LAN Web traffic statistics)
- Manage and administer security updates / patches enterprise wide (testing, QA, Production)
- On call rotation

- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entra environments
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 environment
- Working knowledge of VMWare, Nutanix technologies
- Working knowledge of network hardware to include switches and wireless access points
- Working knowledge of networking technologies
- Working knowledge of VPN technologies
- Organization and self-management
- Excellent Customer Service
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred
- 3-5 years' experience
- Information Technology certifications preferred
