JOB SUMMARY Infrastructure Services Seeking a highly motivated candidate who demonstrates commitment to customer service and possesses strong technical skills and proficiency working with: •Windows Server/Desktop operating systems, users administration, file system, software, and services •Understanding of servers and various storage RAID configuration •Active Directory management, including backup and recovery of domain and GPO setup •Fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting such as DHCP, DNS, Routing, Firewall •Fundamental understanding of security principles, ACL, Encryption •Scripting: PowerShell, bash, ksh or perl for automating routine tasks •Experienced with monitoring system health and performance, able to provide statistics to identify bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts •Disaster recovery planning and ability to perform backup and restore for systems, applications and data •Patch and firmware installation and management •Strong customer service mindset, providing +1 end user support experience The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with a safety mind set. The successful candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of various computing platforms from servers, networks, storage including scripting experience for automation. Must have the ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed. Must be able to provide off-hour, on-call support for workstation, server and other system related issues that requires travel to various supported sites. Must be willing and able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work that must be done either prior to or after normal business hours. Must have the means and be able to travel to various Company locations. Must have a valid driver's license. **This position is fully onsite, 5 days a week** Selected candidate will require passing of NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check. We would also like to get 2 references from the most recent roles the applicant has worked. Must Have Skills for the Systems Admin:
- Active Directory
- active monitoring of the entire infrastructure and troubleshoot server
- Application Servers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cyber security, system administration, or a related role.
- Proven experience in cyber security & system administration, including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Familiarity with bulk deployment tools and automation.
- Scripting or programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms.
- Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Experience with network security tools such as NIDS/NIPS/Proxy/Secure Web Gateway/Firewall.
- Experience with AV/EDR/XDR solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Versatility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
