Job Description Analyst Application Systems III serves as the subject matter expert associated with content, operational customer processes, regulatory requirements, and IT support procedures related to assigned health / college system applications. The Analyst Application Systems III analyzes and documents user application needs, identifies and evaluates alternative solutions and approaches to meeting those needs, helps select the optimal solution and implements those solutions with guidance from IT senior analysts, service line leaders, and organizational/college leadership. Provides training, documentation, direct application support, including the implementation of required/requested application configuration updates, routine system maintenance and support, and maintaining current vendor relationships concerning versioning operating system security compliance. Centra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UKG Pro Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology Financial Services support team. This role will be responsible for supporting, configuring and optimizing the UKG Pro Time & Attendance / Scheduling system. This resource will work closely with the Payroll and TA/Scheduling business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UKG Pro application, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Technical skills required for this position include; UKG Pro system expertise, Boomi data integration knowledge, UKG report development, UKG clock configuration knowledge, and advanced system analyst skills (change management, project coordination, system troubleshooting & issue resolution). Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university in the field of information technology, computer science, or related field or a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of equivalent technical / analytical healthcare / academic IT related work experience. ITIL Certification or obtain within 12 months of position assignment
