Systems Analyst/AVP: This full-time position is responsible for system analysis, maintenance,application deployment, and other services of the IT department. Detailed responsibilities include: 1.Analyses business needs and generates technological solutions.2.Monitors and maintains branch services and systems to ensure the IT infrastructure workssecurely and reliably.3.Responsible for eGIFTS (Global Funds Transfer System), ICSWEB (Investigations andCompensation System), and related work streams and tasks, including data mapping,validation, ingestion, reconciliation, quality check, system installation, and configuration.4.Inspects and troubleshoots services, systems, and upstream/downstream processes toensure stability and efficiency.5.Conducts system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), creates SITtesting cases, and drafts reports.6.Administers middleware products that deliver payment messages.7.Cooperates with the Head Office to manage development, deployment, and maintenance ofsystems and applications at the branch office.8.Ensures that databases are maintained in compliance with policies, procedures, andstandards.9.Manages risks by identifying risks, taking actions, escalating when necessary, and establishingaccountability.10.Monitors, analyzes, and remediates system vulnerabilities to meet information securityrequirements.11.Designs test-automation suites for robotic process automation (Kingsware KC-RPA).12.Manages cross-function projects to optimize business performance by supporting,upgrading, and troubleshooting robotic process automation.13.Develops and implements projects for clearing platforms, business users, and vendors.Require Master degree in Datacenter System Engineering with 6-month experience.
