- 6+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, technical process diagrams, integration of front end and backend systems, real-time web service infrastructure, use case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
- Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
- Proven capacity to lead clarification and 'translation' of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.
- Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must.
- Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.
- Familiarity with restful services.
- Bachelor's degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
- Superb communication skills - written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Prior work in an Agile environment
