Genesis10 is currently seeking a Systems Analyst with our client located in Kerrville, TX. This is a 12 + month contract-to-hire position.Responsibilities:Responsible for the technical and functional solution design and implementation of cloud based application platforms to manage data, content and communicationsCollaborate with fellow team members to support digital experiences for customers and associatesWork with business users and providing expertise to gather, analyze and develop solutions to satisfy business objectivesCollaborate with functional and technical leads to produce solution design documents and process flow chartsDefine and meet Service Level Agreement (SLAs) timelinesPossess a wide range of technical skills across multiple disciplines including application and systems analysis, and work through all layers of the technology stack from database to the presentation layerProduce and maintain security policies and setups for user profiles, audiences and groups Provide operational support, trouble-shooting and management of the application platformsConstruct and maintain design standards for applicationsProvide input for creation of UI designs for use within application platformsServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application platforms managedResponsible for the configuration, upgrade, and support of key enterprise applicationsDrive efficiency with automated workflows and ready-to-deploy industry solutions powered by data and intelligence for Automated Business ProcessesPerform various work as the technical lead on projectsLead user training and develop training materialsCoordinate vendor support calls when requiredWork closely with Customer Service associates, to understand their needs and support business changes while delivering consistently high-quality user experienceDocument and manage knowledge-sharing platformsSupport diverse projects and perform additional duties as assignedCreate, document and present technical presentationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experienceExperience in cloud-based system administration or similar workKnowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (SOAP, REST)Knowledge of UI and UX design methodologies, wireframes and prototypesAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPointDesired skills:Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud certifiedExperience in cloud-based products and system administration for Salesforce Service Cloud, MS SharePoint Online or other content management systemsSharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Master Pages and Page Layouts experienceKnowledge of LucidchartContact Center experienceOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
