Work Shifts 9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M Job Description PURPOSE OF POSITION The Systems Analyst plays an essential role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to improve Workforce Wellness departmental processes, performance, and strategy. This position will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help the department make informed, data-driven decisions. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to support smooth operations and decision-making.
  • Design and maintain reports, and visually display data in various forms for audience consumption.
  • Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various internal and external sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, google forms).
  • Ensure data is accurate, complete, properly formatted for analysis, and easily accessible for internal team.
  • Perform statistical analysis on datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Analyze data to support departmental decisions, operational improvements, and strategic planning.
  • Use data visualization techniques to communicate complex data insights in an easily understandable format.
  • Present data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership and other departments to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with service area leads and department heads to integrate data-driven decisions into their daily workflows.
  • Ensure data quality by performing regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective action.
  • Develop and maintain data validation rules, processes, and best practices to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify emerging trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting tools.
  • Automate repetitive data processes and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new data tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and processes.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of the 8 dimensions of wellness framework, as well objectives of ICARE, Kindness, and Joy In Work.
  • Provide support, assistance and participate in wellness events and activities
  • Assist on special projects and engagements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications 1. A Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; and, 2. One year of experience in business, government, hospital, educational institute or non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems, methods and procedures, management information development and data coordination. Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or, 3. A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting or relevant field from an accredited college or university; or, 4.
