Location: Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Candidate must be willing to come onsite semi-annually.

The State of Wisconsin is looking for Systems Architect III.

Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in the following:

• SQL/PL SQL experience

• Object-orient programming languages using Virtual Component Library (VCL)

• MS Windows 11 Enterprise

• Windows Server 2015+

• The contractor must also have extensive knowledge of a Windows-based application target platform and software development tools

• Oracle RDBMS

• PL/SQL Developer

• Oracle DB Admin Tools, Enterprise Manager

Nice to Have:

• Delphi programming experience using RAD Studio 2007+

• Basic Accounting because the architect is in charge of an accounting program package that various counties use
