Job Description : We are seeking a JAMF Architect to support the management, implementation, and enhancement of mobile device management (MDM) solutions, specifically for iOS shared clinical devices in a healthcare environment. In this role, you will report to the Unified Communications Manager and work closely with other teams to ensure the efficient configuration, maintenance, and management of devices used by clinicians and patients. Your responsibilities will include managing the system's gold images, updates, patches, and upgrades, as well as integrating new workflows and policies into the device management system. You will also be a key contributor to the Delivery & Quality Team , providing support for various Unified Communications projects, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and preparing training materials. As the JAMF Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of MDM systems, facilitating vendor relationships, and managing projects by removing barriers to project execution. You will contribute to a collaborative team environment while delivering quality results aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and implement JAMF MDM, Healthcare Listener, and iOS shared clinical devices.
- Configure, maintain, and manage gold images for all shared devices.
- Handle daily system changes, updates, patches, and upgrades as defined by team policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify needs and ensure system alignment.
- Develop and execute action plans to resolve project barriers and ensure seamless application builds.
- Facilitate updates to SOPs, training materials, and other relevant documentation.
- Act as the liaison between the team and vendor resources to ensure smooth integration and issue resolution.
- Provide analysis, planning, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Participate in meetings and deliver presentations to clinical and business leadership across the organization.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience : 3-5 years in a healthcare-related organization with strong MDM and JAMF experience.
- Technical Expertise : Extensive knowledge of best practices related to workflows, policies, procedures, and systems in healthcare.
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Leadership : Previous management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
- MDM Knowledge : Prior MDM application management experience preferred.
- Project Management : Experience in managing projects, including creating project plans, leading meetings, and prioritizing tasks.
- System Analysis & Design : Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, business processes, and design system solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication : Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead group discussions, deliver presentations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to evaluate problems, escalate as needed, and maintain a complete issues log.
- Customer Service : Superior organizational and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering results and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment while maintaining a spirit of cooperation and respect.
