They are looking for a strong resource to join their team and help architect/lead multiple large scale projects they have planned over the next handful of years.The client is now back to being onsite 4 days a week. Candidates must sit in Pittsburgh, PA, Lancaster, PA, New Kensington, PA, or Davenport, IAMust have 4 year degree - RequiredMust be able to work W2 or be eligible to work for any employer in the United States.Candidates from approved or unapproved sub-vendors will not be applicable for this position. - Client does not offer sponsorshipCandidates must be within a commutable distance of worksite location/s prior to interviewing.Skills:Mailbox, Mail, Administrator, Exchange, Office 365, O365, Ironport, Security, Architecture, AzureTop Skills Details:Mailbox, Mail, Administrator, Exchange, Office 365, O365, Ironport, Security,Architecture,AzureAdditional Skills & Qualifications:• Architect & design Microsoft Active Directory services - This will be the main focus of the role for the first 6-12 months.• Conduct research on emerging cloud technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness, infrastructure flexibility, and scalability• Develop, document, make recommendations, and communicate plans for investing in IT infrastructure, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities• Validation of application teams' designs for adherence to company standards• Participate in proof-of-concept tests to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy• Communicate and validate program architecture with Infrastructure Team, Project Management Office, and other organizational teams• Perform end-to-end technical design, develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions, create impact analyses, and design modifications to existing systems to support new solutions• Maintain a common documentation library of standardized procedures and configurations• Provide top level of support for incidents and problems in designated areas of expertiseObjectives• Deliver detailed design plans & standards for Active Directory Services• Increase Arconic IT's presence in manufacturing processes• Support Arconic's business in their objectives via technological advancement in the Windows Server spaceAvailable Benefits:o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
