Key Responsibilities:
- Design, engineer, and integrate Motion GEOINT solutions within broader geospatial systems, ensuring near real-time geospatial data exploitation and analysis.
- Assess technical solutions provided by developers and provide recommendations to the team and government customer.
- Provide technical input across the full project lifecycle, including ConOps, requirements development, feature estimation, system design, developer oversight, systems integration, verification and test (IVT), data interface integration, and operational support.
- Test and evaluate new system capabilities, ensuring they meet operational and system design specifications.
- Monitor and comprehend operational geospatial processes, making adjustments to improve overall system performance.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and external partners on Motion GEOINT tools, applications, and workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Motion GEOINT, advising leadership and project teams on best practices for system functionality and exploitation.
- Assist in adapting and maturing SAFe Agile processes to meet project requirements, facilitating Sprint planning and Program Increments.
- Monitor and maintain project JIRA boards, Confluence pages, documentation, and other file-sharing platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including geographically distributed operations and development teams, to ensure system requirements and user stories are implemented and traceable through the agile process.
- Maintain and update critical system engineering documents, such as the System Engineering Plan and Software Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system designs, network configurations, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate user engagement and training exercises, ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.
