We are currently looking for a System Support Specialist to join our IT System Applications and Services team. You will work with our best-in-class team to maintain our ERP system and other interfaced applications. In addition, you will assist with training and support of these and other internal and customer-facing applications. Typical services provided by this position include application management, support, training and documentation of policy and procedures. Requires a strong understanding of how transactions flow through a fully integrated system. SRS is looking for an individual who has ERP and Financial Systems application experience to support a wide range of corporate-wide and field operations as well as functions including accounting, A/P and A/R.

**Requirements**

* 3 or more years experience supporting a fully integrated software.

* Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software.

* Experience working with application development and maintenance best practices.

* Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Experience in distribution (wholesale or retail) is a plus.

* Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required

* Strong written and verbal skills

* Customer-focused approach to problem identification and resolution. Ability to define problems, analyze symptoms, identify root cause and document resolution.

* Relational database experience.
