This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Infor Syteline projects, from requirements gathering to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven track record managing ERP projects, specifically Syteline, to enhance business operations and drive system efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end Infor Syteline ERP projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while aligning with business objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate these into actionable project plans for Syteline implementation or optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various departments including finance, production, supply chain, and IT to ensure that Syteline meets the operational needs of the business.
- Resource Allocation: Develop project plans and allocate resources efficiently, coordinating with technical teams and external vendors to support the project's success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions to the project.
- Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for all project-related matters, providing regular updates to stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing and Training: Coordinate system testing, oversee the resolution of any issues, and facilitate end-user training to ensure effective adoption of the Syteline system.
- Post-Implementation Support: Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to production, provide ongoing support, and lead post-implementation reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing ERP implementations experience with Infor Syteline is a must.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- ERP Expertise: Extensive experience working with Syteline, including version upgrades, system optimization, and customizations to meet business needs.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, inventory control, and supply chain management to effectively align Syteline with business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical language into business concepts for stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SQL and IDO customizations within Syteline is a plus.
- Process Improvement: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
